WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RANCHO RECYCLING INC. Rancho Recycling Inc. warrants all parts for 6 months unless otherwise specified from the date of purchase. IMPORTANT: All gaskets, seals & timing belts NOT warranted on Engines, Transmissions, and Rear Ends. To prevent leaks and damage we strongly recommend replacing gaskets, seals & timing belt. Warranty VOID if part is altered, dissambled, or overheated. Labor NOT warranted. In event of defect, immediately notify us. If the part is determined defective or other wise not in sale-able or represented condition, we wil issue a refund, credit, or within a reasonable time, replace the part. As an option to our customers, Rancho Recycling Inc. offers a lifetime warranty on all parts (some items may not qualify for this option). The warranty may be purchased for 30% of the item cost before tax. Please call our customer service number, 1.800.622.7015 and speak to one of our representatives for more details. THE OBLIGATIONS OF RANCHO RECYCLING INC ARE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT, CREDIT OR REFUND ONLY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME DAYS AS THE LIMITED WRITTEN WARRANTY. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, OR USE OF THIS MERCHANDISE. This is the only warranty given by Rancho Recycling Inc. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In addition an optional lifetime warranty can be purchased at a percentage of the total purchase price, please call our customer service at 1.800.722.6015 for details. GENERAL RETURN POLICY All Parts are sold "AS IS" and are not returnable. Under no circumstances will any return item be accepted without an RA# issued by a salesperson or management. No cash refunds will be given, parts credit only. Deposits are forfeited after 30 days, and a $25.00 service charge will be imposed on returned checks. There will be a 25% restocking charge on ACCEPTED returns. No returns or deposit refunds on special orders and/or body cuts. No labor Warranty or Reimbursement. Warranty VOID if parts are altered, disassembled, or overheated. All Cores MUST be returned within 30 days. Engines & Transmissions are not accepted unless all fluids are drained, including filters.
